Jacob "Biz" Morris began his career as a professional engineer at just 15 years old in Dallas, Texas. After graduating from the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences (CRAS), he returned to Dallas before joining Reach Records in Atlanta, Georgia.

Over the years, Jacob has worked with renowned artists such as Lecrae, Tori Kelly, Kirk Franklin, Zaytoven, and PJ Morton, earning Grammy Awards and gold records along the way.

In addition to mixing and engineering, Jacob is passionate about studio design, having built custom spaces for Reach Records, Tori Kelly, and Montell Jordan. With a hybrid setup that combines analog gear and in-the-box workflows, he brings the best of both worlds to his projects.
